Personal Directory

Hi,

I have an issue with Persoanl Directory, Redial List and Caller List. Before rls 4.0 I used rls 3.0 and Corporate Directory. In this moment I want to use Persoanl Directory, Redial List and Caller List but I don't know where could be the problem.
The Class of Service for an IP extension is CPND but when I try to access the button from telephone (i2002) I have "No application available". On Signaling Server/Personal Directories Server Configuration I have the TLan IP address of Signaling Server.

Could somebody, please, help me to resolve this issue?

In the CLS of an aries set there is only the option of:

(CRPD) Corporate Directory Denied or CRPA Corporate Directory Allowed
Only applies for M3903 and M3904 units.

For IP sets you have to set the IP address of the Signalling Server responsible for the CD/PD/CL feature via the element manager (Path: Site: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX > Configuration > IP Telephony Configuration >)

In a single Signalling Server configuration XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX equals the ELAN IP address of the signalling server (so its his own ELAN address).

After submitting these information I cant really remember if you have to reboot the Signalling Server.

Just try it out.

I was thinking of CRPD not CPND. Sorry, My mistake.

You have right about the ELAN IP addres of Signaling Server. It works in this moment.

Another question about PD/RL/CL.

After I enableed this feature on ACD telephones appeace the message "1 new call".

How can i disable this feature only for acd telephone?
