some of the embedded mailbox users have set personal contacts
I have some calls via the ACD paths that are ending up in vmail and then being transferred to an external number.
Now I know i can totally restrict that from happening but all i want to do is audit the current settings.
is there a method if listing up the current personal contacts that have been configured.
I know i can find passwords from the diag.dat file , are personal contacts in there as well ?
If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
