CXi with latest MCD build. Majority of users are fine, however we have two that have setup personal contact numbers. When used the caller gets one of the following:
When tranferred to mobile you are taken to reception or when transferred to mobile, you are told the extension is not valid.
We have re-keyed the numbers ensuring there is a leading 9, and everyone else is fine. Not sure where to look next, what makes this more important, out of everyone in the company the one's that are not working are directors!
