Unlikely.
Presuming your phone is h323, look in a 46xxsettings file for BRURI. The phones can upload and download that information to the file server.
Just a guess for IPO, but I'd think it does the same thing just using the IPO as the file server. If you had that working on CM beforehand, maybe there's a simple enough way to move that backup file for your set from CM's file server to IPOs presuming the extension numbers line up as I believe the files backed up involve the extension of the phone.
Either way, looks like you lost em now!
