I have user with IP Phone 4602.
I want to affect to this user a personal co line.

how I can do it ?

the 4602 has only 2 call-appearance.

Is the feacture acces code to use this Personal CO line ?

The station could access the trunk outgoing with TAC for the trunk-group.
trunk-group can have incoming destination of the 4602 station number.

Can't you just add the per-COline to the users phone on an empty speed dial?

You can use TAC for trunk-group or personal-CO-line
You can use FAC for FTC access code
You can program autodial or abbreviated dial to use either for an outgoing call.
