Hi I was wondering if anyone uses EXTRA!®. Personal Client. I called up our help desk and the guy could not help me! My Cut won't work. Well it works like a Copy. This is what it's doing. I block the space I want to cut and then do a control X or alt e t. It does copy it to the clipboard but it does not clear it from the screen. On my settings, it is set on the Cut option to fill it out with spaces but it's not doing it. Does any1 know why? Please help. thanks.

What are you "cutting"??? The "cut" feature only works with input fields. Example being an SEU session.

Verify your settings.. From your menu select Options > Settings... > Edit. There you will find the Cut/Clear options.

Thank you. Yes i am on the SEU screen. My settings are set to clear the block with spaces on the Cut/Clear settings but it's not doing it still. any idea why?

Are you using the "quick keys" or are you using the mouse to select the edit > cut from the menubar?

Is your SEU session in edit mode????

I can not duplicate your problem.

I am on the edit mode. I tried CTRL X, Alt E T and yes the mouse to select edit then cut but it's not working still. It drives me crazy not to be able to cut a block from the seu screen. I have to clear them out with a space bar or field exit.

my boss does not know why and even the help desk. i've never used personal client before and no one that i know knows why. Please help!
