Personal CLI of doesn't work user after upgrde to 9.0 972 1

anyone had that problem

i dit an upgrade till the last release 9.0.972 from 9.0.860 and the after the upgrade the customer was complaining that the personal clip wassent send anymore but the main number of the PRI-30. Nothing was changed in the config. I did a rolback to 9.0.860 and the cli issue was solved weerd no

Yes. I had that happen with R9.0.500.972 as well. They were having other dtmf issues with 9.0.860 so I couldn't roll them back. I built SC's under each user to force the personal clip out and that worked. They only had 20 users so it wasn't terrible, but it is definitely an issue with .972.
 
You can add an i to the incoming call routes too.
e.g. ICR > Calling number = 123456789i

In System Monitor additional random characters are sent as CLI, this causes the provider to change the CLI.
