I have a site that has 3.2 rel 27 running on a 5000 and they are using twinning (personal call routing). When they twin, a lot of calls that are answered on their cell phones are less than par, with cracking, distortion, and drops. It doesnt happen all the time and we have replaced the Dual T1 Card and the flash card. Their provider is Nuvox/Windstream. Their cells are with Nextel/Sprint. I have other customers set up the same way and dont seem to have and issue. Any ideas or has anyone experienced the same?
