i have some users using inotes template.
is there a way that when the user logs on to there email
via internet that they can view their own contacts ?

never mind figured that out.
but my question is once you sync the address book, does it automatically sync when changes are made or do you have to manually re-sync it yourself ?

I think you will need to manually synch every so often. Not 100% sure though.
