My company has just installed CM 4.x latest release along with Unity Connect. We are all using 7940G phones. Using the Directories button, we see features like missed/placed/received calls and as Option #4 Corporate Directory. What would really be nice is to show the Personal address book directory as option 5. Anybody have hints on whether this is possible or how to do it?
Thanks.

The personal address book should show up under "services". I don't believe you can append it to the directories listing. You can, however, configure any unused line/speed dial button to be a service; IE if you have a 7960 phone with only 1 line, you could make one of the other five buttons a "shortcut" the the personal address book service (or any service you desire).

Thanks for your response. How would I assign an unused line appearance as a shortcut to the Personal Address Book?

You can go to that particular line appearance in call manager and assign personal address services URL. I beleive so though I have not done that myself.
