I'm working with Crystal Report in VB. The report is part of an application where you can make an order. In the report I have a field where the orderer's initials is. The report will be taken out on another computer. I want to have a field with the initials (which will come up automatically) of the person who has logged on to the second computer to print out the report. How do I get this field in the report?

Create a parameter field in CR called "ID", and in VB have it pass the string "id" to Crystal by:
CrystalReport1.ParameterFields(0) = "id;" & id & ";True"

Hope this helps
