Persistent Route

Hello

I've set up some persistent routes on two servers, but have had some strange performance issues. I removed the persistent routes and the following error was displayed, "No matching active route was found. A matching persistent route was deleted".

I added the same route back in and deleted it again, but no error this time. After adding it back in a second time the machines respond as expected.

Can anyone let me know why the persistet route has 'gone bad' in the first place?!
