Persistent drive mapping failing at boot up

I have 2 networked nt workstation. Wks1 has a shared folder which is mapped as a persistent drive on wks2. However whenever wks2 is rebooted it will not remap the drive automatically (wks1 remains online). I have to manually go thru the procedure again with no problem.

I have set it asa persistent connection to no avail
 
From the command line try <b>net use d: &lt;\\wkstnname\sharename /persistent:YES</b> and see it it holds.&nbsp;&nbsp;If that doesn't work you could put the same command minus the perisitent part in a batch file that runs at startup for a temporary fix until you can determine why perisitence isn't working. <p> Jeff<br><a href=mailto: masterracker@hotmail.com> masterracker@hotmail.com</a><br><a href= > </a><br> Of all the things I've lost in life, I miss my mind the most ...
