I have an OU that my boss has moved and as a result, his Treo no longer works. On looking at Exchanges error log, it tells me that error 1021 is the problem and is the result of one user trying to access another users mailstore. I believe that to be the Treo and my bosses account.
The problem appears to be that the permissions that were set for the Treo to access the mailbox have gone from the account and cannot be put back. I have tried to put them in place a number of times and within an hour they "vanish".
Any suggestions very greatfully received.
