Permissions to backup Security/Schema on Netware 6

Could someone please tell me where I would grant permissions to backup the security and schema of the directory? Am somewhat new to both Netware 6 and Backup Exec 9.0 and cannot backup the security and schema of our directory due to lack of permission.
