Permissions problem

I am logging onto the Company Domain as Administrator.However , on 1 machine, when i log on, i only have viewing rights as an administrator and in order to change, add or do anything , i must log on locally.I have removed and reinstalled all the services in Networking Option.Anyone got any ideas?

Does the domain Adminstrator user and/or Domain Admins group belong to the Adminstrators group on the local machine? (because if not, they won't have Administrator level access when logged onto on that machine).
