Permissions on OU only

Hi all,

The company A buy the company B and the network-B will "merged" with the network-A.
Now the administrator of the company B want to keep the management of the users accounts and permissions of B.
The company B will exists in the AD as OU.
My question:
It is possible that the admin of B has the rights to administer the OU B only and not to modify something in the rest of the AD ?
