Permissions issue when running client

MM 4.0 w/MSS and installing Outlook Client. Several users have successfully installed the client, but only a few are getting the following error when trying to listen to a message. We have verified that they are local admins on their machines. Any ideas ?

First Error:
Avaya Modular Messaging service provider error: Access Denied. Use a telephone or the web client to access mailbox. The mail system's privacy settings prevent you from accessing your mailbox using MS-Outlook Client-Add in.

Second Error:
Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders could not be opened. You don't have appropriate permision to perform this operation.

The first issue looks like a COS problem in that it is set to restrict client access.

Not sure on the 2nd one it can be many things, i would try uninstalling it and then reinstalling but i have seen outlook do some odd things.


How many other plug ins do the have running in outlook?
