Hi all,

The could be rather complex and takes us down roads I don't want to so I will keep the outline breif.

Users have the following permissions on the data share:

can't create new folders
can't rename folders
can't delete folders

can create new files
can modify existing ones
can't delete files

The problem I have is when a normal user uses Save As. This tells me the file already exists (when it doesn't) and do I want to replace it. If I click No I notice it does create the file but there is nothing within it.

Can anybody tell me what I need to do so I can keep the above setup but allow a Save As??

Thanks.

Sorry I have further info. If I press Yes to the Save As prompt is does create the new file with the contents but leaves behind a tmp file. Presumably this is because it can't delete the tmp file?

Thanks.
