Hello all,
I just started working for a company that is running VSS6.0. Pretty much everyone is working from a development box, but I was going to work from my local box. The problem is, when I try to connect, I receive an error about not having permissions to access rights.dat. I have tried manually setting the permissions to allow everyone to access the file, and even gave it my name explicitly, to no avail. We are not running a domain, but just in case, I tried switching to the same workgroup, still to no avail. Any help you guys could offer would be greatly appreciated.
