Permission with Shares

I have a little problem.... I was adjusting the permissions for a D: drive that I have, and in doing so, I accidentaly removed ALL permissions and groups from the list. Now I can't access my D: drive, it tells me "Access Denied"

Does anybody know how to reverse this?

Try taking ownership of it. Should be on the security tab, click advanced.
