I set up an info user account and mail box and I want to give one of my employees permissions to check the mail from his user name and respond to the mail with that e-mail address. I added the mailbox profile to Outlook on his computer but he gets a logon denied access not allowed error everytime he tries to switch to the profile. I am running windows 2000 and exchange 2000.

any help on how to fix this problem would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Tim

Goto permissions on your account in AD Users and Computers.
I think on Exchange Advaced goto Permissions. Then add the other user with rights.

I'm not at an E2K server right now so I might be off a little but you will be able to see what I mean. Dan
