How we can give permisson to all handsets for toll free numbers such as 1800xxxxxxxx

Barring Tables / toll table.
It is possible to block or allow calls to foreign mobile phones etc..

Use PGM 224 and PGM 116

There are 2 authorization tables and 2 bar tables (Allow and Deny).
Table set A = 1. Allow + 1 paragraph. Deny table (Light button 1 & 2) and
Table Set B = 1. Allow + 1 paragraph. Deny Table (Light button 3 & 4).
See programming manual page 131 to 133, and page 57 and 58

The following rules must be remembered when the Allow / Deny tables should be used:
(1) If there is anything typed, no lockouts.
(2) If there is keyed data in a table and allow only that, these numbers are only permitted.
(3) If there is input data into a table and just deny there are only these numbers blocked.
(4) If the entered data in both tables allow the table to examine first, and there number is allowed. If not seek to deny in the table whose number is found it is blocked. If the number does not exist in some of the tables, it is permissible.

Each extension number assigned to a COS (Class - of - Service).
Light button 1 = day, Light button 2 = night / weekend.
There are 7 COS:

1. Fully open.
2. Table A for Allow and Deny used.
3. Table B for the Allow and Deny used.
4. Table A + B for the Allow and Deny used.
5. There can not be selected foreign = 00
6. Maximum 8 digits can be typed.
7. Only open for local traffic, ie. no call to town. (but see PGM226)

There may be COS for days, respectively. night with PGM116

Various COS can be used respectively. day and night, so it is not possible to call abroad when the facility is in night position.
* There should only dial 112 + a mobile number. 112 and mobile number created in Allow. Nothing in Deny.
PGM 224 + Light button 1 + (elder) 01 + 112 + 'Hold / Save' - (shelf) 02 + cell phone + 'Hold / Save'. Local numbers to be blocked for the above assigned COS 2nd

** Wanted barring foreign + 90xxxxxx. There shall be established "Deny 00 + 90". Allow nothing.
PGM 224 + Light button 4 + (shelf) 01 + 90 + 'Hold / Save' and (shelf) 02 + 00 + 'Hold / Save'. Local numbers to be blocked for this, COS assigned to 3rd
