Hi,
(without using SPEXI opt=m), How can i set an ODN a permission to initiate diverting ACD group to another.(*21*4862*5252#) Or how can i restrict an ODN not to make follow me for ACD groups?

Rgrds.

Diversion of gh-groups: spexi:eek:pt=m
Diversion of ACD-Groups: cdiv=1xxx... in ksexi or kscac

Hi lalrl,
Are you sure is it the 1st parameter of CDIV?All extensions first digit is zero in our "call center md110 bc10". And some of them can do this "ACD group diversion" some of them can not?

Rgrds

hi,
in fact it is first digit of SERV (ODN) parameter that defines if an agent is ACD supervisor.

Hi all,
Thx for info.

What i want to do is, call center supervisor should make intrusion to agent whenever he wants, but should not make ACD group diversion to any other group.

Is it possible for a person in the call center, to allow silent intrusion but not allow to make ACD follow-me.?

Rgrds

It is not posibble.
Silent intrusion on acd calls can only be done by supervisor and supervisor can always divert any acd group.
