Permission denied when a component in COM+ is invoked

Hello,
I have a win2k server/sql2k setup with VB components in COM+ services. The components are running under a particular user account.This user has access for all the components and it has no role based security presently. The components and application are invoked through the terminal services client exe.
I am getting a "permission denied" - 70 error when a particular component tries to access a recordset thats been updated in the application.All the other components/application are working fine without any problems.

can some body shed some light on this pls?
