Permission denied ERROR?

hello,

does have anybody a solution to this errorcode:
0x80040e09 Permission denied ?

I allready searched the web for a adequat solution to this error code but its not posted.

I think it has to do with some special permissions (rights) on the LDAP server, I have to connect to.

has anybody an idea???
can someone help???
