I did searches in this forum for this subject and the answers are not exactly what I was looking for. What I am trying to do is to set a particular folder view so that it will never change, even if I click on "Reset All Folders" in Folder Options. I have been trying to monitor registry actions with regmon when folder views change but its hard to figure out what is going on. I am mainly going into the

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\StreamMRU

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Streams

and

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam

registries to try and see what is going on but I can't seem to figure out which changes I need to make. Can anyone shed some light on this question? Thanks in advance!
