Permanently save a voicemail on Opt11?

We've got a particularly nasty crank call (voicemail) and we have a pretty good idea of who it's from - can anyone tell me some way to permanently save this voicemail/prevent it from being deleted by the Meridian Mail system, without saving it to an external audio recorder?

You could make a new or personal class of service that has 0 for rentension of messages and then assign to the mailbox with message. Or, build a new mailbox with a personal class of service (message retension set to 0)and forward the message to that box.
