Permanent error 11001 (non-existent host or domain) resolving 1

All of a sudden my Mercury mail server stopped being able to send any email out. I can receive just fine, but none of my mail goes out anymore and I am getting Error 11001 for any and all domains. I do use Dynamic Time Warner Cable service, but my port 25 is open (according to ShieldsUp)and I am able to receive all emails through 110 as well, so I am not convinced that TWC caused this annoyance. My DNS server are with ZoneEdit (N19 and N13) and they seem to work just fine since my domain is all up and running... Any ideas why this is happening all of a sudden (i.e. I have no upgraded anything, etc. it just started on its own)?
