Permanent CLI BLOCK 2

When we are in our office we want to block our CLI because we have a national number and want to mask the underlying number. We try Feature 819 but this feature reverts to CLI BLOCK OFF either after one call or after a few minutes.

When we are off site and have the phone switched through to our mobiles we want to be able to identify office calls so then we need CLI OFF

It ought to be possible to switch this on/off but we cannot figure out how to do this? We use a Meridian M7310N

Can someone help please?
