permanent BCC entry for replies.

I need to find out how one can add a permanent entry to the BCC field for purposes of replies. I have searched everywhere, and have not even found a thread of evidence that it can be done. Does anyone have an idea?

Probably not the perfect solution, but you could:

1) Create a custom form based on the "MailItem" template.
2) Set the default value of the "BCC" field or add code to add the name before sending the item.
3) Save this template and replace the original template.

Of course, the same BCC would be used for everyone sending mail from that PC.

If you were to go for the option of having code add the name before sending, then you could make this conditional. It could check for the current user name and only add to the BCC if you are logged on.

Still, I'm sure there must be somewhere you can set this, rather than go to these extremes.
