Perle PCi-RAS 8 ports doesn't work under w2000

Hi, I'm trying to stablish a remote access from a w2000 server to a w2000 server that has a Perle Multimodem (PCIRAS 8 ports), but cannot connect to it. Does anyone what config must I have on the Perle port so it can work? I have 56K bauds and ¡Harware Flow Control with 8 bit parity. I have this because the modems on the clients are 56K. Will I have to use a less bandwith?
