Perl installaion

Hello,

The O/S we have here is DU 4.0F, but it does not have Perl installed. Do we need to pay COMPAQ to install it? Or is it free with the OS.

You should have in the original Unix boxes, a few cd roms with some of the files you need. Or its even better if you upgrade to the newer 5.X versions. I have heard they work better with all this new stuff...
