I was having this same problem so I searched around and found this thread. I found that I was using password authentication when I had my SSH key already on the server I was SSHing into. I removed password authentication and the problem disappeared.
This is my first post, btw, I just wanted to help anyone that was possibly encountering the same issue
The error was:
SSHAuthenticationError Login timed out. The input stream currently has the contents bellow:
at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Expect.pm line 828
