Performing offline defragmentation of the Active Directory database

I have the link on how to do the defrag, my qustion is does this just need to be done on 1 DC and then replicate out to the other, or must it be done on each dc in my forest. I have about 25 domain controllers in remote sites.

I'm assuming you're talking about offline defrag of ntds.dit to reclaim whitespace.

Domain controllers replicate AD objects, but not the database. So yes, you have to do it on all your DCs.
