Does the SSD keep the data after power off?
What is the mean access time to data?
What is the 'normal' throughput of data (MB/sec)?
Power consumption?
Price?
Are there drivers for NT4, VMS, UNIX-es?

Quantum is one of the major SSD vendors. Quantum SSD
is no-volatile but has no redundancy buit-in. If you
are looking at independently operating with inside
backup drive, check a company called solid data who
claims 14 micro second data tranferring time.
