Performance Tweaks?

Hey,

I have Oracle 10g installed on my RedHat AS4 Server (Dell 6850) and I was looking into fine tuning this server a step higher to make sure everything was running at top notch.

Does anyone know some performance tuning things I can do to make this server worth the 15 grand we just spent on it?
