Okay - was trying to follow:

---------
On the Server Administration page, under Virtual Servers, next to the virtual server you want to change, click Administration.
Under Administration, click Change configuration settings.
In the Performance Tuning area, in the Tune for box, select the number of pages in the Web site.
If you don't want to use the default cache sizes, specify the cache sizes to use in the Tuning properties area.
In theIn- memory document cache box, type the number of documents to keep in active memory.
In the Include file cache box, type the number of documents that can be included on a page.
In the Image file cache box, type the number of images to cache while recalculating hyperlinks.
In the Full-text search index size box, type the amount of hard disk space to use for the full-text index.
In the Max cached document size box, type the maximum size to allow for cached documents.
Click Submit.

But I just can't find the page they're talking about - could someone lend a hand please.
