Does anyone know how to take the results of Performance monitor and push them to the web?

I was thinking a Visual Basic plug in or something to get maybe just numbers then I could compile the graph's and such myself.

Anyhelp would be appreciated.

I already run MRTG, but I was hoping someone developed something a little more towards the performance monitor options.
