It's a vague question, without knowing anything about your network. For starters, use switches instead of hubs if you aren't already.
If you can supply more details, we can be of more assistance. How many clients? How is the network currently configured? What kind of performance increases? Is it a LAN or LAN/WAN environment? Etc, etc, etc...
10 meg switches are about a dollar a port on ebay, many have 1 or 2 100 meg ports for a server. so for $17 you could buy a switch with 16 10 and 1 100 meg port. Compared with a 10 meg hub, that may offer as much as 10 times the throughput, not bad for $17.
(the server on a 10 meg hub should saturate the cable at about 30% utilization, at 100 meg full duplex, a PC will choke between 20 and 40 meg throughtput) I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
