Performance Issues in VB 6 Application

Hi,
We are having a VB 6 application and it is working absolutely fine on Windows 2000 but on Windows 2003 it is taking extremely extremely long time to load.
We have DLL's deployed on COM+ and 2 Active X Exe's being called from the DLL to load the application.
SO path is EXE -> DLL -> Active X Exe -> Load the Screen(EXE).

Pls let me know how to improve the performance.
