performance issue

Need to load a target table which has 28 million rows ,
My source has 25 million rows,there is a lookup on the target table to update or insert based on 6 conditions.

the whole prcoess is taking around 18 hrs, the target has indexes defined bssed on the 6 conditions that are validated in the lookup table.
i need to expedite this process and get it under 4 -5 hrs,please advise.thank you

i ma sorry,i needed to add that the indexes are being drooped before load and are rebuild after the load
