performance issue

Hello,

i have an RP3440 with 24GB of ram & 16GB of swap and when i run a vmstat 2 20 i'm getting the following response back;-

28 1 0 9370624 319370 119 35 1 0 0 0 0 848 65708 3390 22 7 71
28 1 0 9370624 319370 76 22 1 0 0 0 0 844 49912 3408 27 0 72

As you can see the run queue is up to 28. Can anyone suggest any kind of tuning which might resolve this issue?

Try: ps -elf|grep 'R '
