Performance in Crystal Reports...

I have around 90,000 records in the Report.

When the user Login's into the Crystal Enterprise and open the Latest Instance of the report,the report is taking more than 1 min to open.

Please do let me know is there any way to improve the performance i.e to reduce that 1min of time to open the report.

I believe your problem may be that Crystal is not generateing the entire report when scheduled.

One way to execute the entire report is to put Page N of M (Special Field) or TotalPageCount on your report - which will force Crystal to generate and format all pages of the report.
