Performance Alerts

Setting up an alert through performance and i want it to run every 5 mins , take cpu stats to see if it goes over 90% and write to event log - ive done all this and then i set it up to run daily. How do i get it to run mon-fri , daily would make it run on sat and sun too wouldnt it ? which i dont want.
So the question is how do i get it to run just mon-fri ?

I just set up a performance alert and after you set the counter to monitor go to the schedule tab and leave the last box unchecked where it asks to end the counter.
