Performance Alerts Issue

We have a set of performance alerts set up on over 100 servers. The alerts use the credentials of a local account (using the system default was not allowed). The local account was never supposed to have its password changed but, due to some new security standards, it will be changed.

Is there a way to change the password on these alerts without having to visit each machine? Or, possibly change the credentials altogether?
