Perform Storage Center

Hi

I need to reprocess failed archived calls on Perform SP4 Storage Center. I have changed the values from failed 5 to 0 not archived in the DB tables. Then restarted the SC server but it only archives the new calls. I have also changed the days back lenght to 50 days.

Any ideas?

Do you have a screen shot with the config from the Administrator and the logs?

the config is correct on sys admin as it does archive the current calls. the logs show successfull as its referring to the current files being archived.
