hello everybody,

my customer wants to use selective recording by extension numbers. one day one batch of agent extensions are to be recorded, next day second batch and so on. simple enough. problem is, there is no "participant station" option in rule filter drop down list. there are a lot of weird options there but no extension filtering. madness. i did some research on my part and it looks like nothing's preventing this field to be filter value, it's just it wasn't added to that drop-down list. anybody knows where rules manager gets that list items? i couldn't find it in db, however i will try further.

p.s. setting "isfilterable" bit in tblcolumninfo doesn't work. :(

p.p.s. that's active voip recording system, perform r3 sp3 at the moment. sp4 doesn't have it, i checked. :(

Sorry, have had the same issue with no result. Primarily what I wanted to do was to record majority of extensions but there were several that were not allowed to be recorded. I ended up having to create a rule for recording all extensions.

I then created virtual users for the extensions that shouldn't be recorded and configured the user with that extension in agent details. I created a group for those users called non-recorded users.

I then created a negative recording rule for the non-recorded users group.

Was good enough.
