Has anyone had this issue? I am charged to track performance of our Citrix servers to predict when we will need to add more servers. (We are in an implementation rollout.) So, I plan to monitor server performance and # of active users. However, the Terminal Service active user count does not always match the Citrix Manager Active user count. This isn't off by disconnected or inactive users, they are usually off the same way.
Terminal Services is either right, or shows more than Citrix.
Currently:
Citrix Active = 11, Disconnected = 1
TS Active = 12, Disconnected = 3
Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a better way to capture user count with performance data?
