Perflib_Perfdata_xx.dat files (open files in system32 folder)

Does anyone know if these files are needed to be backed up in order to make a good restore of W2K operating system afterwards? Some of these files are not open so they are well backed uo but the others not. I would like to exclude all Perflib_Perfdata_*.dat files but what happens while not backing up the "good" ones?

HI...

You will have this error only with this file and Qmgr.dat files...
you can setup an exclusion filter and exclude the files..

You can recover you rmahcine without these files.
